BLEND IT: TEMPEH SMOOTHIE BOWL
SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 small ripe banana (sliced)
- 3-6 Tbsp plant milk (plus more as needed)
- 1 chunk of raw tempeh (20g-50g)
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp goji berries
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar powder
- 1 POW BAR energy bar cubed
- Granola (optional)
- Fruit & Seeds (optional)
STEPS
- Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain
- Add a bit of plant milk and tempeh and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a thick creamy consistency
- Scoop into serving bowls and top with desired toppings such as chia seeds, hemp powder, coconut, fruit, granola, or nut butter.
